I hope you and your family had a wonderful holiday. I want you to know that I accepted a position as an Operations Fellow with Uncommon Schools in Newark, NJ. I will intern for one year then open a school in Newark as the Director of Operations for the 2015-2016 school year. My husband and I are really excited about this opportunity and will move from Georgia to New Jersey in April.
The 2-day interview process was GRUELING and was case based where I received immediate feedback on my performance. The questions you sent to me definitely helped me to prepare for this type of interview.
